Some of the pollsters were already jumping on the Mizzou bandwagon last week.

Could that be the Power Index?
It actually has us #13. Your list leaves off Nebraska.

Don't care what writers think.
Just bring home that big gold trophy.
I'm not getting any younger.

It's not the writers. It's the Power Index.Red Bird Classic wrote: ↑16 Sep 2025 16:11 pm Don't care what writers think.

It measures a team's true strength on a net points scale or expected point margin vs average opponent.
My best advice would be to enjoy the journey while you still can.

Way to high for me. South Carolina QB is out.
I want to see them go on the road and win an SEC game against a quality opponent.
Only SEC road win last year was against an atrocious Miss. State team.
Take care of Alabama at home and win at Auburn the next week and then we got something special.

It doesn't make sense that a Mizzou fan would voluntarily miss half of the season, just so he can purport to others that he's a bigger fan than they are.I want to see them go on the road and win an SEC game against a quality opponent.
Now that's irony
