No Trade Clauses: Bad for the organization and really bad for the player too

I'm not getting why a player would want to stay somewhere they aren't wanted.
Management, including the owners, do not want to keep Gray or Arenado.
Why would they want to stay?
The attitude from management eventually filters down to the clubhouse.
The other players see these guys as unwanted and maybe they don't have as much of a relationship with them going forward.
It's affected both players.... I think.
Also, this is terrible for the club.
These No Trade Clauses just come back to bite everyone.
Arenado looks depressed.
Sonny isn't the same either.
These are both guys the organization doesn't care about.
They've become a burden.
No one wants to be a burden.
