MO is a lame duck POBO. The DeWitt’s and Bloom should, if they haven’t already, informed MO he cannot make any trades unless they approve. Really, this would be a good time to turn everything over to Bloom so he can start cleaning up MO’s mess.

What really needs to happen?

Mo needs to step aside and let C. Bloom, who's team this is going to be and who will have any acquisitions on his STing roster, make the moves.

I have no hope Mo, who checked out months ago, would make smart moves.
