Long overdue. That logo has needed changed for years! Love that we are going back to a more original type logo. Icethetics said the colors were changing as well...basically going to saturday night jerseys fulltime so i guess we will see. I'd be happy with that logo on a revamped current set as well.

Leaked a while ago.

So basically the skinnier version first debuted on the 2017 WC jersey. I like it. Would be awesome if they just went with the 2017 and 2022 WC jerseys as their mains. Or at least something close to that.

Yes the 17 and 22 WC would be the perfect set. Easily my favorite white Blues jersey and probably my favorite darks (even though it’s a very light blue)STL fan in MN wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025 10:25 am Leaked a while ago.

Icethetics said road jersey wouldn't be a creme color like they one they wore in Minnesota but would be a standard white as the base. That was the one change they mentioned.

They said the road’s would have the same design as the 22 thou?

I like those jerseys and full kits plenty, but I don't know if I'll like it being the full time home jersey. I'll have to see the road I guess.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025 10:19 am Long overdue. That logo has needed changed for years! Love that we are going back to a more original type logo. I prefer the blue and gold color pattern.

I’m not seeing any confirmation that they are going to the 17 and 22 WC design in that video. The guy on the PC with the powder blue jersey has the WC logo and he also has Thomas with the C with his jersey design lol.

The retro colors are staying and the logo is changing according to Icethetics. Will it be the same jersey as the Saturday night jerseys...that we don't know yet. We will know soon enough. Even if they stick with the current home and away, the logo change would be enough for me but it sure sounds like we are getting more than that.
Re: The Blues just confirmed jersey/logo rebrand
Right, after re-watching the video it sounds like they will be using the powder blue for the home but didn’t say what design the jersey would be. For the road’s they only said they will be using traditional white compared to the cream color of the 22 WC jersey. That part is confusing as they already use white for their roads. They certainly hinted at the WC design as they showed the 22 WC when they said that.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025 11:02 amThe retro colors are staying and the logo is changing according to Icethetics. Like you said, we will know soon. Exciting as the new Note is an upgrade and I would love to see the home’s color theme change.

I don’t like the idea of continually changing your jersey every few years. How many times has an original 6 team done it?Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025 10:19 am Long overdue. They shouldn't have ever changed it. They should still be wearing the 67's but it sounds like we are at least getting back to thatnetboy65 wrote: ↑20 Jun 2025 11:10 amI don’t like the idea of continually changing your jersey every few years. Re: The Blues just confirmed jersey/logo rebrand
Yep.
JR interviewed Stillman a few days ago and here’s his question and Stillman’s answer on the increasing Cap.
The bolded tells me they’re trying to find creative ways to increase revenue to try to keep up. They can’t drastically raise ticket prices and they’re not going to magically make a ton more on a tv deal so it’s going to have to be side stuff like jerseys and other apparel if they hope to remain profitable while spending more on player salaries.Speaking of the roster, the NHL salary cap is jumping to $95.5 million next season, $104 million in 2026-27 and $113.5 million in 2027-28. What is your take on the dramatic rise, and will Blues ownership continue spending to the cap?
First, on the rise of the cap, we certainly understand it because it was artificially held down under the CBA that was entered into during COVID. We knew that it was going to rise. At the same time, that’s not easy for a smaller middle-market team like us, so it does present challenges in developing the revenue we need to keep up and remain competitive.
Will we spend to the cap? We will spend to the cap if that’s what makes sense. We’re not going to spend to the cap just so we can say that we spent to the cap. We will be looking at the actual facts and circumstances: where we think we are as a team, who’s available, what’s best in the short term and long term, and just what makes sense.
