BA - .238
expected BA - .302

SLG - .436
expected SLG - .594

He could/should be .200+ OPS higher.
You should trade him to me, that’ll unlock the cheat code.

But seriously, who would it take?
Given that I know he should be having a positive regression to the mean, I don't expect to be moving him.

Alternatively I might be inclined to flip a closer.

Anyone need a catcher. Can spare 1. Also open to dealing from my Infield depth.

Reach out of any have any interest.
You need to start looking at ROS projections before rejecting balanced trades, and give them consideration when making counteroffers.

With 8 teams over 100 points, it seems like we might have a more balanced league than last year. That is unless more teams start trading away their first round picks for waiver wire randos.
Two waiver wire pickups (Smith #78, Goodman #161) who have been more valuable so far this year than Rodriguez (#207) (or Soto (#193), Greene (#188), Turner (#187), Chapman (#212), etc.) so far this year.
So you wouldn’t have any qualms if I traded Wilmer Flores for Gunnar Henderson?
You tried that, LOL. That gave me a chuckle.
New offer on table.

I'm gonna say I think my offense should be doing way better than it is. I'm gonna hang tough.

It might help if you use available roster spots. You have two empty slots, and don’t appear to be swapping players in when they aren’t in lineups. When you have someone like Jazz (who is frequently DTD) it’s good to have someone to swap in. You’re already 15 games under in the OF.

Cubs just won. The way this day is going I'll find out tonight at dinner that I have a third kid.

Correction… looks like you are at 26, but the rest still applies. You might consider trimming a P and adding a bat.

I'll get there. Sometimes I bet on a DTD or not-starting player rather than a struggling player if there's the off chance they get a ph if I think it's still a better choice. Been cycling bats and will continue.

Keep in mind the top 3 in our standings are also the top 3 in games played. It makes a difference.

Yeah, right now it looks like on pace to use up all potential games played would have you at 790 right now, and only two teams are over that. Whereas for pitching, on pace to use up all innings would be 662 IP right now, and many teams are way over that now.

Devers, since the trade - .133 AVG, .625 OPS

…and I liked the trade because Devers would hit for a higher average.

Meanwhile, Alonso - .333 AVG, 1.094 OPS
Haha. I am very pleased with this trade!
Congrats on your second Save of the season!

Why do you not respond to trade offers?
