Say what you will about Brayden Schenn, he knows when to step up or do something that completing changes the complexity of a game. A borderline hit, a fight, whatever. The Leafs need a player like that.

He consistently shows up when it matters more than Matthews and Marner IMO. Since 2020 he has more postseason goals and points than either. Not by a huge margin, mind you, but he’s not supposed to be the top guy.
