I'm not so sure the wind was a positive for the hitters today at Wrigley. Box score says 11 mph in from RF.

And all the homers in the 8th had EVs of more than 100. Just terrible pitching. They didn't need wind.

I believe they post the wind speed and direction at the beginning of the game. At wiggley, it often changes radically during the game.
