Step 1 - Allow himself to get fired from STL CIty so he could take the same job at Philadelphia.

Step 2 - Instruct his team to score 1 goal as he knew that is all that would be needed.

Step 3 - Allow STL City to play themselves into a red card.

Step 4 - Have his players play solid enough defense to hold on the 1 goal lead.
