Same thing every year for the past 20 years.

Pork Steak slow cooked, sauced, and then charred to perfection. Sauteed broccolini, baked potato smashed and sizzled, and a beer.

This years beer of choice is new. My new go to is Yuengling Flight. IF we go into the 9th w/ a lead then a pour of Eagle Rare.

I’m not a hot dog eater but that does sound good. Especially the mustard part.

My wife is not from the area and does not like Imos, but she is traveling so I will be going with the taste of St. Louis box. Can't wait!!!
