USL to launch new professional league with promotion/relegation

United Soccer League to add new top division soccer league to compete with the MLS. USL will also add a promotion/relegation system between the new top league and 2 lesser divisions.

It won't affect MLS at all.

And the US Open Cup already has USL and MLS teams.
