He was caught so off guard last year on opening day when he was booed. Do you think he is brave enough to be announced to the crowd this year? He acted like his feelings were hurt.
He’s been out there every single year, it would look awful
For him if he chose not to on his last year because he knew he wasn’t going to get greeted with cheers. Will that factor into his decision? I guess we will see. He’s always been all about his ego. But hiding like a little sissy girl for a year will just make his exit that much more anticipated with the fanbase
They've got Mikolas and Matz in the rotation with McGreevy at Memphis. They've got Siani on the roster and Scott headed to Memphis. He's going to do a halfway sell-off for terrible returns at the deadline. You want to see a strong offense? Just wait for the interviews he gives leading up to and following the trade deadline. Offensive indeed. There really isn't anything that could make his departure any more anticipated.
Bye Mo you arrogant dishonest blowhard

Mo has made some really unfortunate decisions in the last 11 years or so. And I'm not counting hiring Matheny.

The trades, the evaluation of talent. The building of a flawed roster.

But one of the worst things is the side comments about the fans the last few years. Complaining about the fans criticism. It's petty.

I will remember Mo as a beneficiary of TLR and probably Luhlow. When those guys left, much in the same way Matheny was exposed as the leftovers from the WS roster began to peel off the roster, Mo was exposed for a lack of savvy. And a lack of talent evaluation.

He leaves the Cardinals as far from a WS team as possible and the minor leagues “the worst he’s seen”, says the new incoming POBO

I’m really intrigued with these goofballs

Do they really cheer for an Owner/POBO at the expense of the team on the field?
Are they trolling?
Are they so stupid they think nothing is wrong?

No, they’re Cardinal loyalists who wish the best for the Cardinals every year. They really don’t care who the POBO and owner are, they just enjoy following the team.

Everyone here is a “Cardinal loyalist who wishes the best for the Cardinals every year.” Everyone here “just enjoys following the team.”

Not everyone is satisfied with mediocrity.

So if just truly concerned about the team on the field…..why the constant defending of management who has CLEARLY failed in putting winning teams on the field?? Clearly failed at minor league player dev……which is what THEY PROMOTED as the TEAMS talent source??
You must be either one of the above OR a paid FO lackey to continually post in any thread criticizing Ownership/FO acting like they aren’t complicit in the degraded state of this organization.

Truth really does hurt sometimes doesn't it....you can try to make a case of what he's accomplished in between...but no argument can be made of what he inherited and how he's leaving it....

Sorry, Goldfan. I just enjoy watching the Cardinals and rooting for them. Over 6 months - half the year. That's the bottom line.
