Man City is surprising.

Arsenal back on the winning side.

ManCity comes to Anfield this Sunday. The Reds could open an 11 point lead with a win, and about 1/3 of the season gone.

Wow, Liverpool wins, dropping ManCity to 5th place, 11 points off the pace, as is Brighton & Hove who leads ManCity by goal differential. Arsenal and Chelsea are 9 points off the pace. YNWA

Liverpool looking pretty good.

Maybe Jurgen Klopp left a year early?

Today's final Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park was cancelled due to a major wind storm along the West Coast of England.

No make up date has been announced.

And ManCity drops points away to Palace. They remain in fourth.

As to 2nd and 3rd, there are a couple of compelling London derbies tomorrow. Chelsea away to Spurs and Arsenal away to Fulham.

Liverpool wins and Chelsea drops a match at home to Fulham in the West London Derby. Reds up 7 points with a match in hand. Arsenal is 9 points back, even in matches but they play tomorrow.

Who sits 2 points ahead of Arsenal and 1 point below Chelsea? It isn't ManCity. They dropped more points today and are now in 7th (ha ha). It's Nottingham Forest! What the hey?

I know it was only LC, but man Liverpool looked good yesterday. And why they haven't signed Salah yet is beyond me. Even if it's just a one year deal, for now. The guy is the top striker in the world.

They haven’t signed him yet because of what it is going to cost them.

They will be competing with the Saudi League.

Can’t imagine what that offer will be.

They were 'competing' with them before so I assume that option is fairly static. It takes two to tango, if Mo wants to stay I'm sure there is an offer out there that can be agreed upon.

He is a great talent and would hate to see him go to the Saudi league.

Up to him, Liverpool will make an offer. The Saudis will undoubtedly offer more.

Entirely up to him.

Does he want to play serious football or get paid a ridiculous sum (which he will get from Liverpool but the Saudi money will be beyond ridiculous).

ManU works a draw with Liverpool, but they end th BPL round 20 with a 6 point lead over Arsenal and Nottingham Forest, and 10 over Chelsea. Liverpool has a match in hand over everyone, with their postponed derby at Everton not yet rescheduled.

Big match coming up in the Prem on 1/14, with the Reds visiting Forest.

Liverpool still lead Arsenal by 6 points and Nottingham Forest by 9 points. And how about NF, avenging a 5-0 loss last week by winning 7-0 yesterday vs BHA!!
