I actually think attendance may improve next year (not a sure thing).
If Chaim Bloom:
1) Communicates in a more engaging way
2) Lays out a plan that makes sense
3) Takes tangible steps toward that plan
Fans will respond well to all of that, even if the team hasn't fully arrived. Fans in St. Louis WANT to like the team.
