On Saturday October 9th, 2010 the St. Louis Curio Shoppe located at 2301 Cherokee St. in St. Louis will be holding its Grand Opening celebration. Celebrations will take place from 10am - 10 pm.

The St. Louis Curio Shoppe sells and consigns goods from local businesses, authors, crafters, musicians and artists. Celebrating St. Louis by supporting the community, promoting local businesses and sharing St. Louis unique history. The St. Louis Curio Shoppe is the creation of owners Kristin Gassel and Kristin Ake, lovers of St. Louis and its history and strong supporters of the buy local movement. They realized their dream when they opened the doors of the Curio Shoppe at the end of August. Filled with the best that St. Louis has to offer: books, music, soup & dip mixes, candy, chips, sodas, sauces & spices, jewelry, candles, soaps, T-shirts, cards & prints, magnets, coffee mugs, housewares, souvenirs, crafts and many other unique gifts!
