The St. Louis Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure welcomes Carrie Buchanan, Phyleccia Reed Cole and Lillie Thomas as three new members of the board of directors. Along with the other board members, they donate their time and expertise to guide Komen St. Louis in meeting the breast health and breast cancer needs for women, men and families in the Affiliate’s 17-county Missouri/Illinois service area.

Carrie Buchanan is Director of Human Resources at Swank Motion Pictures, Inc.

Phyleccia Reed Cole is a Senior Associate General Counsel with Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and has worked as an attorney for the SIU system since 2007.

Lillie Thomas is a former operations and business director with experience in the health care industry. She is a past Komen St. Louis grantee and a 15-year breast cancer survivor.

Buchanan, Cole and Thomas join these board officers and members: Daniel Bindler; Mikki Brewster; Renee Hall, Treasurer; Dede Hoffmann, President; Jennifer Kingston; Susie Knopf; Paul Lovell; Joan Sehl, Secretary; and Kate Wall.
