Local Business Owner Wants To Help Spur Leadership Training In St. Louis Area

Michael Vaughn, owner of 4anOffice Modular Construction Company in St. Louis is on a mission.  He is driven to help guide local business owners to realize their true leadership potential. By doing this, Mike says that he hopes "all of the people that are struggling right now in this economy can come to realize that their potential is endless and that they alone possess the power to change the path they're on right now to one of self-discovery and personal awakening."

Vaughn believes deeply in the power of each person's capabilities, if they simply choose to manage themselves first.  True leadership is not making people follow you, but living your life in such a way that they want to follow you, if for no other reason than to see what you've been doing right.

The following is from Vaughn's blog for his LIFE mentality:

"You have gotten out of bed each morning of everyday of your life with something nagging you inside.
People describe it hundreds of ways, usually unable to put their finger on just what feels “off”. Some
equate it to being a fish out of water, some say they take one step forward for every two steps back.
Being on the hamster wheel. Stuck in the Rat Race. Feeling like you’re meant for something more.
Sound familiar?

You just may be an Eagle in Chicken’s clothing.

Where you are is a direct result of your past life decisions. That is the first and most important
thing you must come to grips with if you truly desire a change in your life. That feeling you shrug off
every morning is not a coincidence or misreading of your thoughts. That’s your inner workings going
overtime, trying to get you to realize your true potential in life.

If your dream is big enough, the current facts about your life don’t matter. Not one bit. You are your
own worst enemy; your feelings of insecurity, of being inadequate, are the biggest hurdle in your path
to the greatest version of you there is available. It’s not a question of whether or not you’re capable of
great things, it’s a question of whether or not you decide to lead yourself first; to stand up and decide toclaim what can be yours in life. One of my favorite quotes, simply put, is this: “Our deepest fear is not
that we’re inadequate; Our deepest fear is that we are powerful without measure.”

The premise of the Team and Life Businesses is simple: Discover the powerful, confident, and awe-
inspiring “Eagle” within you so that you can put yourself into position to help others achieve the same
greatness in their lives. To enable yourself to help free the Chickens in your life to the fulfillment of their Eagle destiny as well.

If a normal morning greets you with these feelings of uselessness and failure, you must only accept
that your next step can be placed upon the path of greatness, into the flight plan of the Eagles. I urge
you to take this seemingly large, but actually very small step in your life; To step away from the life
of a Chicken, roaming amongst the other Chickens, satisfied in a mediocre life, is the single greatest
achievement you can claim for yourself, and the countless number of people you can help along the
way. It’s that simple: decide right now for yourself that your next step will be to greatness, and that’s
exactly where you’ll be heading."

Vaughn subscribes to a growing movement that say that great leaders are not born, but created by their own positive outlook and confidence in their decision making abilities.  Many of the greatest leaders in history are known not for their incredible strength or genius level thinking, but for simply making the right decision at the right time.

Vaughn will be in attendance this weekend at a LIFE conference at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, Missouri.  The gathering will represent a number of the most recognized and accomplished leaders of our time, and Mr. Vaughn encourages all that are able to attend with him.
