Lincoln County Medical Center will offer seasonal flu vaccines for ages 18 and older on Thursday, September 13 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. in the hospital lobby located at 1000 East Cherry Street, Troy, MO.

The CDC recommends that people get their seasonal flu vaccine as soon as the vaccine becomes available in the community.  Vaccination before December is best since this timing ensures that protective antibodies are in place before flu activity is typically at its highest.
