Wood Brothers Realty, in cooperation with Pangean Properties llc, helped negotiate a lease with O'Reilly Auto Parts.  O'Reilly Auto Parts plans to demolish the closed Kentucky Fried Chicken in Crestwood, formerly located at 9955 Watson Rd. St. Louis Mo. 63126.  O'Reilly is in the process of seeking permits for the new location.  Wood Brothers Realty is excited about the plans.  Mr. Wood III stated "He is happy about the new building and business opening in the Crestwood location and thinks it will be a positive move for O'Reilly and for the Crestwood area in general."  http://www.wbrstl.com
