11/13/2012 – Veterans Business Resource Center held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of its new Lemay facility in the St. Louis Enterprise Center, a small business incubator, at 315 Lemay Ferry Rd., Suite 114 on November 13th. Employees, Veteran business owners, and representatives from the Lemay Chamber of Commerce attended the ceremony.
The Veterans Business Resource Center (VBRC) is a project of the Veterans Advocacy Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Opened in 2004, St. Louis VBRC competed with a number of major U.S. cities for the honor of being the first to establish an independent nationwide network of business assistance and information centers for Veterans.
Today, VBRC continues its mission to honor the men and women who have served our country and to assist them in their entrepreneurial endeavors. As members of the St. Louis Veterans Business Community, the success of the program will directly benefit regional investment and job growth, as well as helping Veterans achieve their business goals.
