From being upfront about project costs and timelines to sometime needing to tell them something the don't want to hear.

 Most contractors will tell you they will treat your house as if it was their own. Have you ever seen a contractors house? Then how can you be sure that their house is as clean as yours. At Onesta Construction we are going to treat your house as we see it, YOURS! We are going to do everything thing we can to make sure that we are not getting things dirty or damaging items. We also include in every major renovation bid an option for whole house cleaning and duct cleaning by reputable companies. We also respect our clients and value their input and concerns.

At Onesta Construction we pride ourselves on great quality. Look at the houses that were built a hundred years ago, why are they still standing, Because they used quality materials and quality craftsman. Why are we having issues with houses built in the last 20 years, Because they wanted to get them up as fast as possible and get them sold to make money.
