Only law firm chosen for recognition on the list of St. Louis-area workplaces
St. Louis – The St. Louis Post-Dispatch has named Brown & Crouppen one of St. Louis’ Top Workplaces for 2012. The survey ranked Brown & Crouppen 17th among all area businesses with 149 or fewer employees. Brown & Crouppen was the only law firm selected for recognition.
“This honor comes from our employees, and we accept it with great pride,” says Ron Brown, a founding partner of Brown & Crouppen. “We value and appreciate the hard work they perform on behalf of our clients on a daily basis.”
Terry Crouppen, the other founding partner of Brown & Crouppen, adds, “For a law firm to succeed and accomplish its mission of helping people, it takes a team of dedicated professionals: lawyers, paralegals, secretaries, investigators, office staff and managers.”
To compile the list, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch teamed with WorkplaceDynamics and reached out to St. Louis-area employers with at least 50 employees. Employees of participating businesses were given confidential surveys with question topics ranging from pay to flexible scheduling to career advancement and management’s openness to new ideas. Since its founding, in 1979, Brown & Crouppen has grown to 98 employees. The law firm offers many benefits to its employees, including flexible work scheduling and free gym memberships.
