Manor Represents Cast Iron, LLC in the Leasing of Retail Space to “Yo-n-Go!” Frozen Yogurt

St. Louis, MO, June 15, 2012 – Ben Cherry, CCIM of Manor Real Estate located in St. Louis, MO has represented Cast Iron, LLC in the leasing of approximately 1,000 Square feet of Retail space to “Yo-n-Go!” Frozen Yogurt.  The leased space is located on the street level of the historic Cast Iron Building located at 714 North Second Street in St. Louis, MO on Laclede’s Landing.  The Grand Opening is scheduled for June 22, 2012.

This will be the first location of “Yo-n-Go!” frozen yogurt, a division of Frozen Bliss, LLC.  “Yo-n-Go!” was started by Matthew Langenbach, who moved to St. Louis from California where he was practicing law for a real estate investment and development firm.  Langenbach was attracted to Laclede’s Landing due to the strong foot traffic and absence of competition for a frozen yogurt shop.

“Yo-n-Go! is not only an excellent tenant for the Cast Iron Building but also adds to the variety of the tenant mix on Laclede’s Landing as well.”  Cherry says.  “There has been a recent influx in businesses relocating to Laclede’s Landing due to its central location, historic relevance and inventory of fully renovated buildings.”
