St. Louis, MO (June 19, 2012) - Spellman Brady & Company completed the furniture package for Federal Hall, Columbia College’s newest student educational center in Columbia, Missouri. Spellman Brady was responsible for the furniture selection, procurement and installation management for the 30,000 square feet of renovated space.
Originally a U.S. post office, and more recently a children’s museum (YouZeum), the newly renovated facility features the college’s Online Campus, the Nursing Program which includes a 12-bed nursing laboratory with two dedicated simulation rooms featuring a state-of-the-art patient simulation, SimMan 3G, and a Media Production Studio. It also houses administrative offices accommodating more than 60 employees, a computer learning center with 48 student proctoring stations, a multi-media computer lab, and several components of the college’s Technology Services department.
In addition to the Columbia, Missouri facility, Spellman Brady & Company recently completed similar furniture packages for other campuses of Columbia College in Syracuse, New York and Springfield, Missouri.
Spellman Brady & Company worked with Simon Oswald Architecture, architects for the project, and Reinhardt Contractors, general contractor.
