ARCO Construction Adds Five New Team Members

St. Louis, MO – ARCO Construction is pleased to welcome five new team members.

Lindell “Chip” Dunivan, Jr., has joined the team as Superintendent. With more than a decade of experience, Chip has worked on numerous award-winning projects recognized by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC). He successfully coordinated and managed the day-to-day on-site build operations and served as the primary field authority. In his new role, Chip will directly manage the construction and administration of field operations including schedule, budget, safety and quality control. He joins ARCO after working as Project Superintendent for S.M. Wilson & Co. in St. Louis. Chip is certified by the US Army Corps of Engineers and OSHA. He is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Todd Ellmo has joined the team as Superintendent. Todd has 25 years of leadership experience and an award-winning record of achievement in residential and commercial construction. He worked for more than a decade overseeing multi-million dollar builds as a project manager for multi-family and municipal projects. In his new role, Todd will directly manage the construction and administration of field operations including schedule, budget, safety and quality control. He joins ARCO after working as Project Manager for Crestwood Building Associates and Gundaker Commercial Construction. Todd also owned and operated Monarch Building Company in St. Louis.

Heather Fliss has joined the team as Marketing Coordinator. Heather’s experience includes creating and maintaining sales collateral, managing consistent corporate imaging across all channels of company communication, executing marketing initiatives for the development of new business and coordinating corporate events. In her new role, Heather is responsible for developing and implementing ARCO’s marketing plan, providing sales support, and conducting market research. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in Communication and a B.A. in Political Science.

Erick Todd has joined the team as Project Manager. Erick has extensive experience in completing and providing oversight for numerous multi-million dollar design build projects. He has successfully executed all managerial aspects of construction projects and ensures onsite project quality control, field management and safety. In his new role, Erick will oversee ARCO Construction projects from concept to completion. He joins ARCO after working as project manager and engineer for Clayco in St. Louis. A Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional, Erick is also certified by the US Army Corps of Engineers (CQM) and OSHA. He graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in Construction Management.

Clint Wobbe has joined the team as Project Manager. Clint served as the Chi Epsilon Service Chair of the National Civil Engineering Honor Society. He was also named to the Academic Scholar’s List and received the Scholar Athlete Award while captain of the Missouri University of Science and Technology baseball team. In his new role, Clint will be responsible for ARCO Construction projects from concept to completion. Aware of all aspects of the project at all times, ARCO project managers work to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved. He graduated from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering.
