LOUIS/ - The 3rd Annual Show Me the Blog Social Media and Blogging Conference kicks-off with a pre-conference mixer on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the Regional Arts Commission (RAC), 6128 Delmar Blvd., located in the trendy Delmar Loop area of St. Louis, Missouri. Moonrise Hotel, a pet friendly hotel located across the street from RAC. Moonrise is the official host hotel for conference attendees.
After a widely received and well-attended second year, Show Me the Blog Social Media and Blogging Conference remains committed to its theme, Learn, Grow, and Connect. The two-day event will draw more than 125 bloggers, media professionals, and social media enthusiasts. On Friday, October 19, conference sessions will focus on Social Media and on Saturday, October 20 Blogging is the focus of the day. Last year, Show Me the Blog boasted attendees from Washington State, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, New York, and Georgia. The scope of Show Me the Blog will continue to broaden, as it becomes a nationally recognized conference held annually in St. Louis.
“In 2010, I was just excited to have 80 people show up to my conference. Last year, we surpassed that. This year, the sky is the limit. Social media and blogging are topics people want to know and learn more about. I hope Show Me the Blog is a conference known for giving attendees valuable information and resources that will serve them for years to come,” says conference founder, Danyelle Little.
Show Me the Blog offers attendees the latest in blogging and social media trends. This year’s sessions include eBook and traditional publishing, blog monetization, social media consulting, guest blogging, photography and social media, business blogging and social media, niche blogs, social networking basics, and much more. Conference registration is currently open. Full conference registration is $99 or $75 for the day of your choice.
