Marengo, OH (June 8th, 2012) – Specialty Executives Inc., today announced that on April 30^th, 2012 it filed a lawsuit against ALM-CARDEN, LLC dba ALM Technologies, ALM Technologies and Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies, Missouri based composite manufacturing companies  alleging breach of contract and non-payment of $78,662.50 in non-paid recruitment services fees.           

Specialty Executives Inc., a leading defense and Aerospace professional employee recruiting company, alleges that ALM-CARDEN, LLC dba ALM Technologies, ALM Technologies and Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies did hire two Specialty Executives sourced candidates for permanent positions and has failed to remit contractual payment. 

According to the lawsuit, filed in Morrow County Court of Common Pleas in the state of Ohio, Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies did execute a placement contract with Specialty Executives Inc., on Jan. 25, 2012 to engage the professional executive recruiting services of Specialty Executives Inc.  Specialty Executives presented two candidates and Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies did hire for employment the two candidates sourced and presented by Specialty Executives Inc.; one candidate    Jeff Dillinger was hired on March 5th, 2012 as the new Quality Manager of the company and the second candidate Robert Doherty was hired on Mar 19^th, 2012 as the new president of the company.  The suit further alleges that Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies had been presented with invoices totaling $78,662.50 for the contracted placement fees for the hiring of both candidates. As of the date of the lawsuit Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies has made no attempt to make payment on the $78,662.50.

“We spent a great deal of time, effort and staffing hours sourcing these two very qualified professionals on behalf of Sarwar Ahmed dba ALM Technologies, and for Mr. Ahmed to, in essence “steal” our work will not go without repercussions,” said Travis Thomas, president of Specialty Executives Inc.  “This action will not be tolerated, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  I only wish our company had been aware of the numerous lawsuits, judgments, liens and tax liens that are a matter of public record against Sarwar Ahmed and his numerous and varied company entities. “  Mr. Thomas also added “Had we known these other lawsuits and judgments existed we would have never engaged Mr. Ahmed or any of his companies as a client.”
