Carol House Announces Expansion of Valley Park Location

St. Louis, MO – Carol House Furniture has broken ground on the expansion of their
Valley Park location.
“We’re excited to get this project underway,” said Brook Dubman. “My father started
Carol House in this very building back in 1964, and we’re proud to be able to expand and
take it to the next level.”
The new Carol House property will be the largest and most beautiful furniture showroom
in the state. 13,000 square feet of showroom display space will be added to the facility.
“Amy can’t wait to have more display space to accessorize so customers can see how our
furniture will really look in a home setting,” said Brook.
The full expansion is scheduled to be completed in 2012.
Carol House has two locations, in Valley Park at 38 Marshall Road off 141 just north of
44, and in Maryland Heights at 2332 Millpark Drive off Page at Lindbergh.
