SAUGET, ILLINOIS / INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - Ken Barger recently joined the e-fulfillment experts at FW Warehousing, as Regional Facility Manager for Indianapolis, according to Mark Cusumano, President and CEO of FW Warehousing.
Barger brings more than 16 years of management experience in the food and retail industries to his role as FW Warehousing’s Regional Facility Manager in Indianapolis. While much of his career has focused on operations management, Barger has also had wider responsibilities that have also included oversight of sales and marketing functions. His skill set includes strategic planning, budgeting, P&L management, inventory control, systems management and safety and compliance, as well as mentoring and strong leadership abilities.
FW Warehousing opened its 750,000 square foot facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, in August 2011. The firm offers a full range of third-party logistics services including distribution and e-fulfillment. FW Warehousing is also certified in chemical warehousing and food-grade storage, in addition to providing general warehousing and cold storage services.
FW Warehousing is based in the St. Louis metropolitan area in Sauget, Illinois, and operates warehouse and distribution centers in three Midwest states, Missouri, Illinois and Indiana, totaling 2.5 million square feet.
