Steins Broadway, premier developer for the South Broadway area in St. Louis, launches a new website and blog to help their clients easily find apartments for rent in St. Louis or historic St. Louis loft apartments in their rehabbed projects. The blog includes an events calendar for the South Carondelet neighborhood.
St. Louis, MO – To showcase their expanding range of St. Louis loft apartments and other apartments for rent in St. Louis, Steins Broadway has updated their website to help searchers easily find the residential unit that fits them. With the new website, developer Steins Broadway has also launched a blog, which will include a calendar of South Carondelet events.
Steins Broadway is the premier developer of the South Carondelet, an up-and-coming neighborhood in the city of St. Louis, located on the South end of Broadway Street. Steins Broadway has several historical renovations throughout the area, including a $27 million rehab of a former Coca-Cola syrup plant. Together with Rothschild Development, Steins Broadway is renovating this plant into The Temtor, which will have seventy-seven St. Louis loft apartments and 17,500 remaining square feet of commercial space for lease. Perennial Artisan Ales is The Temtor’s first commercial resident, and will open their craft brewery and beer garden in Spring 2011.
“Our new website allows potential residents to not only find out about our various apartments, condos and lofts available, but they can also learn about the rich history of the South Carondelet area, subscribe to a calendar of events for the neighborhood, and connect with us on our different social media profiles,” says Steins Broadway’s owner, Benjamin Simms. “Since South Carondelet is becoming such a popular new area in St. Louis, there’s a lot of value for residents to subscribe to the calendar, because they can easily keep up with Grand Openings or other events happening in the neighborhood.”
The Steins Broadway blog also has news about new St. Louis apartments opening for rent or in development, pictures of progress on large developments like The Temtor, and South Carondelet neighborhood photos and information.
In updating the website, Steins Broadway had a goal of creating a more user-friendly site and giving more prominence to their unique properties available for rent. With the tagline, “Modern Comforts, Historic Charm”, Steins Broadway’s properties offer tenants the ability to live in a fully renovated space, but with the architectural character that St. Louis is known for.
“In our development projects, we strive to revitalize the historical neighborhood around us – through updated and ready-to-move-in commercial spaces and apartments for rent,” Simms says.
