Online investment firm's expansion leads to career growth opportunities for associates
St. Louis, March 12, 2008 - Scottrade, a leading branch-supported online investment firm,
announces the hiring of its 2,000th associate nationwide. In addition, Scottrade currently has more than 300 job openings nationwide, including more than 100 in St. Louis.
This milestone follows years of continued growth for the company. Scottrade currently has 344 branch offices nationwide and has plans to open 25 more in 2008. To accommodate that growth, Scottrade has more than doubled the number of associates in less than five years.
One of those associates is Allison Johnson, Scottrade's 2,000th employee, who began working last month as a financial office assistant at Scottrade's Columbus, Ohio branch office.
