Review a beer

Hommel Bier is Perennial's Americanized take on a Belgian pale ale. A Belgian saison yeast strain provides a not-too-sweet, not-too-spicy flavor, while American West Coast hops lend a citrusy, floral finish that pleasantly lingers on the palate. If this is any indication of what brewer Phil Wymore will be creating once Perennial is up and running this summer, St. Louis beer drinks have reason to be very excited.
