It’s the last big week for season finales. “Dancing With the Stars” (Tuesday) and “American Idol” (Wednesday) are the two biggies. But shows wrapping up also include “24,” “Ugly Betty,” “Two and a Half Men,”  “Gossip Girl,” “One Tree Hill,” “CSI: Miami,” “NCIS,” “The Mentalist,” “Rules of Engagement,” “The New Adventures of Old Christine,” “Gary Unmarried,” “Supernatural,” “Criminal Minds” and “Southland.”

Whether you choose to set the DVR or run screaming, here are seven other shows that should be on your TV radar in the next seven days.

“4th and Long,” 9 p.m. Monday on Spike — A new reality-competition series gives 10 football hopefuls a second chance to make the Dallas Cowboys roster. Hall of Famer Michael Irwin is host and executive producer.

“The Bachelorette,” 8 p.m. Monday on ABC — Speaking of second chances, Gillian Harris (the spunky third-place finisher on the most recent “Bachelor”) gets her own edition of the dating series, with 30 men from whom to choose.

“Glee,” 8 p.m. Tuesday on Fox — My four-star pick of the week is this new comedy about a high school glee club and the earnest young teacher who aims to help a group of misfits sing out in competition. Tonight’s episode, after the last “American Idol” performance show, is a preview, with the rest of the series debuting in the fall. Read my Sunday story  [2] about creator Ryan Murphy (“Popular,” “Nip/Tuck”) and “Glee.” (Stupid mistake corrected; thanks, Billy!)

“Clean House: The Search for the Messiest Home in America,” 9 p.m. Wednesday on Style — The episode shot in St. Louis with the Herwig famly, who have pet monkeys, is the first in a series leading up to the announcement of this year’s “Messiest Home” winner.

“So You Think You Can Dance,” 7 p.m. Thursday on Fox — Before the new season even begins, Fox has announced an additional edition of the dance competition for fall.

“Paving the Way,” 9 p.m. Thursday on PBS — St. Louisan Brandon Wade tells the story of a 1920 road trip through America’s national parks, and the quirky man who led it. Read more [3]in my column from Friday.

“Diamonds,” 8 p.m. Sunday on ABC — “It’s the most romantic stone known to man,” ABC says. “But when the daughter of U.S. Senator Joan Cameron (Judy Davis) is killed in a massacre at an African diamond mine, a chain of events begins that uncovers the darkest secrets of some of the players in the international diamond trade.” The miniseries concludes Tuesday.
