Tiller sidelined by foot injury
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Mizzou Tigers basketball captain J.T. Tiller has a bone contusion to his left foot and will sit out Sunday’s home game against Texas-Pan American.
Tiller limped off the court early in the second half of Tuesday’s 83-68 win over Tennessee-Martin. He will wear a walking cast for four days; his availability forĀ Tuesday’s game vs. Chattanooga will be determined that day.

I love Anderson’s style of basketball. Everything is predicated on team defense and passing. Not the inane dribbling at the top of the key…but passing the ball. Unlike his predecessor, Coach Anderson has a ‘gameplan’. Play hard belly to belly defense and pass the ball around on offense to the open man. Granted they haven’t played Duke, North Carolina, and that ilk, but if they are the seventh best team in the conference, as picked by some poll pundits…our league is going to be MONSTERS of the Midway!
I have one question? Why are there so many empty seats in the house? Are tickets that expensive for the student body?

Hey beachballer, we’re talking basketball, and it’s Nov. Turn on your sand volley ball and forget posting.

Beachballer,
What are you talking about? This article is on JT Tiller’s foot injury. Since when does basketball get a bye week in October and what does it have to do with Oklahoma. Hope Tiller gets healthy soon.

Good thing for the bye week in October — bring on Oklahoma for homecoming. That should be fun for the MU Students.
