It’s still cold out. Very, very, very cold. Tomorrow the high will be all the way up to 20 [1]! You already know to wear layers. But don’t forget mittens (they keep your fingers warmer than gloves), hat (most heat is lost through your head) and scarf. Another use for newspaper: It is actually a good insulator. You really can wrap it around you to add insulation.
