ST. LOUIS — While Fox News may have a frosty relationship with the White House, the network’s sports division has succeeded in getting President Barack Obama to sit down for an interview during tomorrow night’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Busch Stadium.

Sports Illustrated reports online [2] that Obama will sit down with Fox Sports commentators Joe Buck, a St. Louisan, and Tim McCarver, a former Cardinal, sometime between the third and fifth inning of the game.

Obama has been asked to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, which will be caught by MVP slugger Albert Pujols.

Don’t be surprised if Buck does more than just toss softballs at the president — after all, Buck has had some tough interviews lately. [3]
