Kinder, left, and Page

Yesterday’s poll on which down-ticket state race is the nastiest was neck and neck all day, but the race for lieutenant governor between Republican Peter Kinder and Democrat Sam Page is inching ahead of the attorney general race between Republican Michael Gibbons and Democrat Chris Koster.

Surely, yesterday’s brouhaha over Kinder making a Hitler reference in criticizing Page turned up the nastiness meter in that one. In the realm of nasty politics, Hitler trumps the Gambino mob any day.

Go to the poll here and vote!

Oh my goodness. The Zwiefel buttkisser blogger is so funny. As matter of fact I am pretty sure it must be the arrogant Clint blogging about himself. As far as his campaign goes, Clint calls Blunt and Lager best friends. Even the post dispatch laughed at that. It is such a joke. It is Clint’s little covert smear attack. I thought in order to be the politician with clean hands that meant you couldn’t lie and twist the truth. You democrats are so funny and not mention misguided.

    Oh, and.. Go Peter Kinder.

    Mo youth leadership…
You are definitely Kinder’s boyfriend, as each day you attack verbage with your devotedness to Kinder. Clean campaign? What rock have you crawled out from under? Wealthy opponent? If you only knew the extremely humble beginings of Page, you’d be amazed that he was able to better himself. The campaign has never been floundering. From day one the focus has been the medicaid cuts that took place during Kinder’s tenure. Kinder is scared, and that’s why he’s been on the defensive from day one. How do you justify cutting medicaid and then say you’re for the people?

Lt. Governor Peter Kinder has played hardball with his rookie opponent and makes no apologies for it. While Lt. Governor Kinder has run a clean campaign that is both hard hitting and issues driven, his floundering wealthy opponent has shown all the leadership qualities of a deer caught in the headlights.

The most recent polls confirm it: Peter Kinder will be re-elected as Lt. Governor!

Kinder is the king of sleaze! Ask any political opponent who’s ever run against him!

Now would be a good time to point out how nice and civil the treasurer’s race has been in comparison. The Lager campaign just launched an ugly attack ad, but Clint Zweifel’s hands are clean. He’s clearly a stand-up guy, and a candidate everyone can look up to for sticking to a positive message. The only way he’s ever ‘gone after’ Brad Lager is by using Lager’s own vote record in the legislature.
Zweifel is exactly the kind of honest and decent guy we need on government.

Let’s face it, most of these guys are criminals that won’t be jailed due to how this country is set up. You shouldn’t be surprised when the lowest of the low think they will be thwarted gaining corrupt power seats and sling what nonsense they can. Witness all the nasty folks still listening to the republican party candidates foolishness day after day, yet sitting there bobbing their nasty little heads in agreement while those candidates try to fleece them again. The lowest aim for the truly ignorant and each season they find some. We bust their neglected children daily and many more skate due to being the “right kind” in the netherlands.

Those remarks by the childish brat Peter Kinder should propel him into the ALL TIME HALL OF SHAME for public officials.
