Cards, Warner dominate first half

The St. Louis Rams trail Arizona 21-3 at the half — and it really hasn’t been that close.
The Cardinals piled up 327 yards in the first half to just 112 for the Rams. Kurt Warner has hit on 15 of 19 passes for 203 yards and two TDs. RB Tim Hightower has 91 yards on just eight carries.
At least the Rams get the ball to start the second half…
