To implement the iOS fallback we're actually
using a fallback image that's a combination of the two "modes" of the
billboard.
The fallback image is a combination of
- the "closed" (960x30) image
- with the "open" (930x280) right below it.
- on the "open" image the lower right hand corner
(96x30) needs to be where the "close" image goes. The
javascript that implements this will just assume the close button is
always there.
